HISTORY
This coffee plantation was opened to cultivation at the beginning of the 20th century and was acquired by Mr. Domingo Muguira in 1976.
It manages the two most important species of coffee:
Arabica and Robusta. This last one with varieties such as: Ivory Coast, Conilon, and Romex.

Commitment to community and nature
The farm operates under an agroforestry system in which the trees provide shade for the coffee. The plantation has the following trees: Teak, Mahogany, Red Cedar, Primavera, Chiche, and Melina.
The practices designed by the Rain Forest Alliance (RFA) are followed:
Biodiversity conservation, ensuring sustainable livelihoods by transforming farming, land use, and business practices, and the behavior of the consumers.

Cup profile: The Arabic Coffee has a balanced acidity and aroma, with mahogany and spices notes. Robusta coffee with flavors of wood, tobacco, and spices.
Processes: The farm has wet and dry coffee mills and a sawmill.
