- UMA: For the conservation of the Red Cedar.
It is shown in its cultivation practices and processing, in the protection of its 15-hectare ecological reserve, its waterfalls and mountain tres. It also has an Environmental Management Unit (UMA) for the cultivation of Red Cedar tree approved by Semarnat.
The farm has 28 hectares of lemon plantation.

- Arabica coffee varieties: such as Catuai, Caturra, Sarchimor and Anacafe 14; all of them produce a high yield of excellent cup of coffee.
- Elevation: 800-900 masl.
- Location: Belisario Dominguez, Motozintla, Chiapas, Mexico.
- Mill: It has 6-60 qq Guardiola type dryers, 1-120 qq dryer and a big drying yard to dry coffee slowly in a traditional way. Sufficient drying patio for slow and traditional coffee drying.
- Organic coffee production certified by OCIA.
